Lea's Letter to the Board

To the Board Members and Management of Alder Springs:

This note may come as a surprise or shock for you. It is with mixed emotions that I inform you of my intention in moving out of Alder Springs on the weekend of November 13-14, 2021. I will pay the full month rent since this is less than 30 day notice.

It has been a difficult time for me as I have loved living here at Alder Springs and being near the heart of Morganton. I would have stayed here for the rest of my life if it wasn't for loved ones where I am moving closer to. I would come back right away if I am living alone once again in an instant. I will be moving to Chicago which is a huge change for me; however I am excited to start a new chapter and journey doing various things with diversity in the city. That doesn't mean I am happy to be leaving my home here at Alder Springs. I definitely will miss living here and the community as a whole as discovering this place really saved my life.

Thank you for all you have done for me over the last 4 1/2 years in ensuring that I live comfortably and safe. I truly appreciate youe efforts in making sure I am aware of the happenings here at the complex. I am grateful for getting to know how wonderful the Board and management have been to me while being a resident of Alder Springs.
