Alder Springs is an independent living apartment community and does not provide health or personal care services. Proof of ability to live independently is required to become eligible to live at Alder Springs. Every applicant must review, sign, and send this Declaration Summary.

Independent Living Declaration Summary

Able to live alone including with qualified in-home assistance.
Able and willing to live agreeably in a peaceful, secure community of peers.
Able to reliably manage financial needs and demands.
Able to manage daily health needs including medications and routine hygiene.
Able to plan and serve adequate daily meals and take care of shopping needs.
Able to “keep house” and manage laundry needs.
Able to provide for all transportation needs.
Agree to review the Independent Living Declaration from time to time.
